Senior Counsel Brings 25+ Years of Experience To New York Insurance Defense Practice Group

Hickey Smith Dodd LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher H. Caiazzo, Esq. has joined the firm as a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Insurance Defense Practice Group in New York. Mr. Caiazzo brings more than twenty-five years of experience representing clients in all aspects of general and premises liability, New York labor law, and professional liability matters—including medical device and dental malpractice litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Caiazzo has tried more than 50 cases to jury verdict, in many instances obtaining a complete verdict for the defense or a verdict in an amount well below the plaintiff’s final settlement demand. Before joining Hickey Smith Dodd, Mr. Caiazzo owned and operated his own law firm and worked for several well-known New York insurance defense firms. “We are delighted to welcome Chris to Hickey Smith Dodd,” said David M.
