
David Kaplan has over thirty years of insurance defense experience. He has handled more than 300 insurance defense related trials or arbitrations. David’s extensive experience includes matters involving personal injury, automobiles, product liability, workers’ compensation, property damage and general liability, as well as Title 59 issues, PIP matters, and asbestos litigation.
David handles cases from initial inception through to resolution, involving initial pleadings, interrogatories, depositions, discovery motions, mandatory non-binding arbitration, summary judgments, pre-trial motions, trial briefs and trial, as well as addressing issues involving insurance coverage.
David has represented insureds regarding their coverage with a variety of insurance companies. Issues involve personal injury claims due to an automobile accident or slip and fall, workers’ compensations claims regarding injury on the job, and Title 59 issues involving claims against a public entity.
